Program
Register in the morning with the tournament director in the organization container at the center court. Look for the tournament director's flag.

You will play both a morning and afternoon round. Within the recreational SBL beach volleyball tournament and the divisional tournaments up to and including the 1st division, the rule is that in addition to matches played, matches also count towards your pool.

NOTE: Even if you are not playing the first match, you must be present on time. You can be assigned to count the first match.

Food & Drink
Would you like something tasty to eat or drink beforehand? Our food stall is open from 8:30 AM for a cup of tea, coffee, soft drink, or a small snack. Alcohol is served from 12:00 PM.
Toilet
The restroom is available for use. This information will be added later.
Weather forecast
Since coastal weather can differ from actual forecasts, we always recommend:

Bring plenty of sunscreen.

Bring an extra set of warm, dry clothes.

Drink plenty of water.

You can come to Almere by car or by public transport.
Parking: Almeerderstrand is easily accessible. It's located right next to the A6 motorway and offers ample (free) parking. Almere Poort station is a 15-minute walk from the beach.
Public transport: Take the train to Almere Poort station. From there, you can easily walk to the beach. Click here for more information.

How does it work and how do you log in?

Find your team : After registering, you'll receive a link in your confirmation email. Use this link to find your team in Tournify.

View the Match Schedule : The full match schedule is available via the link. Check when and who you're playing against so you're always on time for your matches.

Enter results : After each match, you can enter the results immediately. This ensures that the standings are updated immediately.

Follow the Standings : Keep an eye on the live standings and rankings. This way, you'll know exactly how your team is doing in the tournament.

Need help? If you need assistance or are experiencing problems, you can always contact the race director in the organizer's container. They can also enter your results for you if you're having trouble.
Important info!

Respect for the venue: We are guests at local pavilions, so please be polite and respectful. View our code of conduct here.

Own equipment: Bring your own beach volleyball or beach tennis racket and ball. Beach volleyballs are for sale and rackets can be rented in our shop. We do NOT lend balls.

Cleaning the venue: Keep the beach clean and use the provided trash bins. Glassware on the sand is prohibited.

Valuables: Do not bring valuables; the organizers are not liable for loss or damage.

Reporting incidents: If you see anything unusual, please report it to the organizers so we can take action.

Sportsmanship: We expect a positive attitude. The referees' decisions are final.

Weather conditions: The tournament will always proceed, except in extreme weather conditions (such as a code yellow or higher, in which case we MAY cancel a tournament in advance). Consult the FAQ for more information.

Sun protection: Apply plenty of sunscreen, even in cloudy weather, to protect yourself from harmful UV rays.
